Returns
You may return any unused and unworn items within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange. The item must be in its original, unused condition with all tags, packaging, and receipts intact. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team, and they will provide instructions on how to proceed.
Please note, items that are damaged or altered in any way may not be eligible for return. If an item was a final sale or personalized, it is non-returnable and non-refundable.
Refund Process
Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect its condition to ensure it meets the return criteria. If everything is in order, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your item for another one, please contact us within the 30-day return period. We will assist you in finding the right product, and once the return is processed, we will ship the replacement item to you at no additional cost.
Non-Refundable Items

Shipping Fees
